Image Licensing
Images may be licensed on a per use basis, using a Rights Managed (RM) license, or an unlimited use basis using the Royalty Free (RF) license.
The Rights Managed (RM) license is for a specific use, location, quantity and time duration. After the license expires, or any other limit of the license is met it may be renewed at an additional cost if further use of the image is required, otherwise all further rights of use are terminated. Exclusive rights may be licensed. The RM License fee is unique to every project and is based on the requiered use and duration. It is the perfect solution when the intended use doesn't merit the costs of an unlimited use, RF license.
The Royalty Free (RF) license is for unlimited use of the image and is available in Full Resolution only. The image can be used in multiple publications, mediums, locations and in unlimited quantities. No further costs are incurred as long as the image is used by the licensed client. The license is not transferable or re-assignable.
Marko Krsic retains the copyright on all images produced, unless a work for hire contract is negotiated at time of quote request. Images will not be licensed to other clients and the purpose of the rights retention is for use in Marko's portfolio, personal and or educational works (i.e. Instructional Manuals and Books). If an exclusive license is obtained for an image, available with the RM option only, the photographer may not use the image for any purpose for the duration of the license.
